Collecting / Saving Inventory Items in the Story Tellers iOS Starter Kit 2

In this video tutorial, you’ll learn how to collect things in the Story Tellers iOS Starter Kit 2 by having a main character intersect with a particular item, which will then send the item to an empty Inventory Slot. And to be exact, in this example, a separate icon representing the collected item is what ends up in the inventory slot. Since the actual item in inventory is a separate element altogether, you could even use it as a button which would then run any number of events in the scene. So for example, the character could run across a compass, a compass button is sent into an inventory slot (location) and then the character can use their compass whenever. We’ll discuss all that in this video as well as keeping GUI element locked in place with the camera.
