New iOS tutorial – How to walk, idle and attack with a joystick controlled character!
Quick update for CartoonSmart subscribers: just released a new video tutorial which teaches walking, idling and attacking with a joy stick controlled side scroller character. Tomorrow we’ll be finishing up the project by adding jump controls and really fine-tuning the character play, and hopefully leaving viewers with an awesome project they can use for years to come that simplifies starting any number of games.
But that’s not all for the Control Systems tutorial series! Some students have asked to see isometric controls and some Angry Birds style launch controls.
