Struggling to get working with spriteNode with custom class ‘DeadZone’.
My intention was to put the SKSpriteNode at the end of level where player can jump thus lose life. I did what was described within the video.
Created SkSpritenode, gave ‘opacity’ to ‘0’ then resized , then sat the physics body appropriately. Unfortunately when my character reaches the end and falls down he is not dying. Not sure where is my error.
I’m pretty sure size of the sprite is big enough that the ‘hero’ does not overcome it.
    Maybe someone has/had this problem.

Did you view the project with physics bodies showing? Wondering if your dead zone is actually there at all. For example, if you had gravity toggled on, it might be falling endlessly from its original position.

Thank for the tip, you were right.
When I switched off ‘affected by gravity’ option all started to behave correctly.
