Sprite Kit does not have a page turn effect style transition built into it. The kit only uses Sprite Kit’s transitions because, thats the world it’s coded in.
But that does not mean you can’t add an animation prior to the transition. What the kit allows you to do is create an animation in the property list to run before the jump to the next page. And actually, the end of the animation can trigger that transition. This would work for either iOS or tvOS apps too.
Here’s some info on how to setup Actions via the property list, and toward the bottom of that page, you’ll see the properties for animations.
What you’ll want to do is add an Events dictionary to the animation Action you setup, property named something like PageFlipAction, and the Events you list there would be the transition to the next page, probably just OpenPage or NextPage. So the animation would run first, then your transition second. And obviously, the transition settings (which are set on your current page) should probably be fast and minimal, since you are already playing the page flip effect.
