    I am using Xcode 7.3 and the function

    func parser(parser: NSXMLParser!, didStartElement elementName: String!, namespaceURI: String!, qualifiedName qName: String!, attributes attributeDict: [NSObject : AnyObject]!)

    I am not very proficient in Xcode so far but it looks like the attributes dictionary is no longer part of the call. If I removed that then the function error disappears, but then the code doesn’t work as it needs the dictionary inside the function.

    Hope you can help me

    Should have tried harder before posting on here. I changed the

    attributes attributeDict: [NSObject : AnyObject]! on the function to
    attributes attributeDict: [String : String]! and the error disappeared.

    A couple of small tweaks within the function to reflect the fact that we now had strings in the dictionary and Bingo we are up and running again.
